"Overall the pool was nice and it was conveniently located close to casino. The jacuzzi didn’t heat up and the bathroom was a little old and had holes that need work. The beds were pretty comfy and the complementary breakfast was okay - mostly the coffee and waffles were the best "

"The room was terrible. The door wouldn’t close alll the way. The lock on the door was loose. The sheets on my bed had blood stains. After I called multiple times for them to come change them they never came. So I had to sleep in a chair. It was terrible "

"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."

"The hallways still smell new! The online check in is efficient for those who like to settle in quickly. The decor is classy the layout is excellent. The balcony faces the lake. The toiletry is actually usable! Wonderful bed, pillows and linen. I appreciate the little details like a bar to hang a face towel on in the shower, plenty of serviceable towels etc. The price in my opinion is worth paying and then some and I’ll be back. "
