Fairly clean but dusty. Paint chipping in the bathtub, sink had cracks. A good place for just a stop between destinations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was totally fine. Breackfast was basically Coffee and some small baked goods which is fine. Check in checkout no problems. Place just needs some good finishing work, then it would be a place to return to if needed.

Happy stay

Cozy hotel near but not too close to restaurants close to highway easy exit no noise from highway traffic for a peaceful quiet night of sleep staffed by friendly family eager to please, price of staying outstanding compared to other nearby hotels, would stay there again.

This was a pleasant surprise and a very good value. The Inn has be recently renovated painted etc rooms are spartan but have refrigerator microwaves and very comfortable pillows All in all not luxurious but ver clean comfortable and value priced

Hidden gem and great for traveling families, truckers, and those who are road weary. Great green areas for pets and wonderful owners and management. They should be fully booked given the kitchenette, spacious rooms, picnic table, nature view and quiet. Better than some places that are double the price in Denton, Sanger and Grapevine. You won't regret it!

I couldn't get the door open. When flushing the toilet a sewer smell came up. The toilet was wobbly. On the plus side water was hot and the bed was comfortable. I always carry a spray in case the room smells and it did.

We stayed three nights for a wedding and the staff is great. They are accommodating and it is family owned. The place itself is difficult to find due to the construction. This is not a luxurious hotel, it is a motel with the basic things you need. It's clean and the AC blows well. You do not get all the bells and whistles and in our room the blow dryer didn't work...almost a tragedy for me but I made due. For the price it does the job. If you want really new updated rooms then this is not the place for you, but if you need a clean cold room to rest your weary head I give it two thumbs up.

Won’t stay again.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Key cards didn’t work. Floors were grimy and filthy. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.
