"No stars at all for this property! I had such a bad experience in the hole process regarding the booking of a room. I have booked a room one month before going there and when I was outside the property it turned out that I didn’t have a room booked and couldn’t retrieve my booking. After many calls with the “reception” and the booking agent which confirmed my booking with the property, the time spent for the hole process overall 2 hours, to finally hear from the “receptionist” that the manager...
