"For what I needed it for, perfect"

"Better breakfast options."

"Obviously an older hotel style but everything was clean and in proper working order. Staff wasn’t always at the desk, but were accommodating when asked for assistance. Average breakfast offering but good."

"Very nice hotel. Close to Biltmore entrance and Village."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed here because of the high rating, but have to be honest that this is NOT a 9.6 out of 10 hotel. It is older, the furniture is quite dated and the tv is the smallest that I’ve seen in a long time!! It was clean, but really needs updating in order to qualify for the rating it has. Our AC did not work consistently. If you want a nice person at the desk and clean rooms for the price, then by all means, stay here."
