A ten minute stroll through the shopping streets to the sea , close to restaurants, pubs etc. I have stayed in many hotels in Sidmouth over the years, from five stars to none and Mount Pleasant is a good two star which we will certainly plan to use again. "Friendly staff. Large room with comfortable double bed. TV, bright and well finished bathroom with plenty of hot water, modern toilet and large bath with shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Bedroom door electronic security. Hotel faces the sea front which has a long promenade, ideal for joggers. Nice sandy beach."
