"The breakfast experience was really unappealing. Having a huge trash bin right in the dining area was completely off-putting, and something I have never seen before. On top of that, everything was served on paper plates with paper cups. The food quality and taste were not good at all—and while taste is subjective, the whole setup felt extremely cheap. The customer service was equally disappointing. When arriving at the front desk, you are barely acknowledged. The staff didn't even shift in...

"The hotel was very clean and quite nice. The breakfast was sufficient. My only complaint is that unfortunately the deposit charged at check in was never refunded."

"It was in close proximity to the greenwood cemetary and only a few blocks to the subway"

"The room was kind of Dark"

"I'm not a stranger to small rooms. I've stayed in a pod hotel in NYC before, so I was prepared for a small space. It took me by surprise how small it actually was though. My daughter and I walked into our bunk bed room with our two small roller bags, and had difficulty closing the door. It was tiny! It felt like we were playing Tetris for the next 3 days... hard for both of us to exist in the room at the...

"Easy check-in, convenient location, with access the entire city with a few-minute walk to subways and LIRR."

"The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was actually quite good with a few different options to choose from. We were visiting Manhattan without a car so the only part I wasn’t crazy about was that it was about a 20 minute walk to the subway. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay for the price."

"Highly recommend this hotel !"

"It was a very nice and tidy room"

"Great!"

"Eine Diskothek ist im selben Haus, Nächte ohne Schlaf"

"Clean room and great location - thank you!"

"The location is great. Our room was very small with no closet, and noisy when we had neighbors. The bed was comfortable. This is a short term stay hotel."

"The location is great because of it's access to Prospect Park and subway stations, though it's on a strip and surrounded storage companies and car rentals. The room was very clean and well laid out, but quite spartan: slate floors without carpeting, no closet, just a few hooks on the wall, one overhead light but no desk lamp or bedside lamp. The beds were comfortable, although the pillow were all strangely half size. Overall, it sufficed for our trip and was worth the price."
