Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? "There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. "You get what you paid for. Place is filthy carpets stinky, no microwave in rooms, shades are ripped, tub is dirty, the place needs a MAJOR RENOVATION."

"There are roaches and mice."

"Good property. Staff friendly. Easy Check in. Room basic but clean. Close to Gillette Stadium. 8 minutes. Good stay and location."

"Great"

"Very poor communication- check in process was horrible. Room was nice but significate issue with the TV - could not control channel or volume and no staff to assist.. very difficult. I have video to share with you or social media."

"Stood overnight on the way back from the Revs Vs Miami game. Would definitely stay again very close to casino as well!"

"Me parecían bien, pero no muy bonito, la atención fue muy simple, nada muy llamativo y el lugar cómo que muy normal. Nada que me haga desear volver."
