"The “reception” was a joke. A small bowl of macaroni salad one night and queso chips and dip the next night. At Oxford Suites in Oregon they had hot soup and breadsticks both nights!!"

"My wife fell in our room and Bibi was right there to get help quickly. She was very professional, calling to get Irvin, who was just arriving to work, to come. Irvin skillfully raised my wife up from the floor. We were very impressed with Bibi And Irvin’s helpful assistance."

"It is a quaint little hotel with a great location to downtown. We didn't need to deal with parking downtown, since we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Also, House of Bread is right across the street for a great cup of coffee and pastry in the morning. "

"Disappointed with graduation weekend and huge increase in cost of room that there wasn’t any flexibility with check out time. Just asked for less than a half hour, in case it was needed. The flat no was disappointing and unfortunate since I paid 3x the normal room rate. Will stay elsewhere next trip to slo"

"Our stay started out with my leaving a wallet at the front desk and then missing $150 out of it, (my fault). Closed the curtain at window and clips fell off, had to get maint. Next morning no hot water for showers, said they had someone coming at 10am, coffee not ready. 2nd night had warm water, figured hot water fixed. Next morning no hot water. Checked out no one at counter. Will not stay here again."
