"Very off way to get in . You have to pull in the side of the building in front of gate to very tight parking garage. Of course it is San Francisco, and we are not used to that."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful environment and great customer service. Had a wonderful experience"

"Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"👍"

"It’s quite quiet though right in town. Place is clean and the room was fine. The bed a little soft to me but no problem. Great burger place on premises."

"It’s a small and well-maintained property. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Clean room, spacious and a small breakfast offerings. A pleasant stay before our flight."

"The rooms were outdated, the bathrooms were not cleaned well when we arrived (we had a dead bug in our soap rack!), the floors creaked so loud whenever you walked on it. The staff was very nice though."

"Great location"

"Staff checking in and out had an attitude problem. Not particularly helpful. Would check into Marriot or Holiday Inn Express next time."
