"We stayed in room 19 on the 2nd floor. It was a good size and very comfortable. The aircon was effective. The hotel has a great kitchen and guests’ lounge where you can prepare your meals if you wish. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The only downside was having to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs, but we knew that when we booked."

"Entering/exiting the hotel was a bit of hassle. Someone has to remotely open the security gate each/every time you enter/exit, and someone is not always in the pffice to buzz the gate open."

"Hotel itself was decent for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. In a good location with a McDonald's across the street and a park about a 3 minute walk away."

Also the place was difficult to find because we were looking for La Cuadra by Wynwood and the name of the building js La Cuadra. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. "

"When I arrived, the lady behind the counter didn't speak a word of English (which is ok). But she communicated that my booking was not paid for. The hotel Wifi didn't work so I only had my printed confirmation and couldn't pull up the hotels.com website. I needed Wifi to work due to a Zoom meeting I had late that night, so they arranged for me to stay next door at a cheaper place where the Wifi was better. Apparently the next door place was also owned by the same owner. "

Located right next to Panama Airport (BLB) and next to the beach and close to downtown Panama City this hotel offers a safe secluded tranquil oasis with one hell of a great vibe! "The room was perfect even for an extended stay. The balcony and view were very good. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The neighborhood was very loud at night but that is not the fault of the hotel. It was on a weekend and the property is located in the center of Casco Viejo (convenient during the day, not so much at night unless you want to party). "

"Got double charged for my stay . The lady behind counter asked me for my PIN number for credit card . I said I’d punch it in . She said it got rejected even though I told her I used it at the place before . Regardless I gave her my second credit card and she charged me again . I got to my room and found out I was charged on my first card as well because I’m emailed international transactions . She didn’t care . I called the police .
