"Great"

"Well, the room was musty. Had to go out and buy some air freshener. The bathtub wouldn’t stop dripping and you could hear it all night if you didn’t leave the TV on in the front desk when I called to let them know, they told me that there’s nothing wrong with the room, but what do you expect for that kind of money otherwise, everything else was fine"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and interested in making our stay great. Right off the hop they called to see if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything and again on checkout, incredibly pleasant. When you go into the room, all the drawers were open, indicating that they had been cleaned. Great pride taken by the team at this hotel"
