Lovely Inn to stay at for a cozy weekend. Right in the middle of downtown so easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast spread and evening snack. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy check-in and check-out.

This is a perfect place to stay at Christmas time. Especially if there is a pure white snow falling in the downtown Newport area. The breakfast is lovely, especially with so much fresh fruit. The staff is very very polite.

What a cute little hidden gem! Smack dab in the center of town, was perfect for a little girls get-a-way weekend! Room was adorable and the perfect size with two double beds. I will 100% be back here with my husband. ALSO the breakfast was TOP NOTCH and the perfect aesthetic. I'm so glad we stumbled on the find.

Great downtown location. Free parking in muni lot November to May 1. Great continental breakfast and afternoon tea. Nice historical vibe! No elevator so a few stairs to get to rooms. We will be back!

The inn was exactly what u needed for this stay. The staff were friendly, informative and responsive. The roof was comfortable and really close to the off season parking. Breakfast had more choices than I had anticipated. The Americas cup inn is centrally located and walking distance from many of my favourite haunts.
