"We were a group of 13 traveling together. We booked 4 rooms. The only things I can say that are positive are that the rooms were clean, there was a shuttle to get us to and from the airport and it was cheap. However, there were so many negatives. First, there was no information on where to pick up the shuttle. We came in on the Leonardo Express. The phone number on the listing would not connect and no additional information was provided on how to contact them. A message to the hotel was sent...

"Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!"

"I just need it some hours to relax before my flight from Fiumicino, the hotel is very convenient close to the airport, its a family hotel so they don’t have a shuttle but the gentleman was very kind to prepare a taxi to pick me up at 4:00AM to go to the airport. Very clean, bed sheets so white and ironed."
