The hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and the staff were amazing. The breakfast that was supplied was simple, but met all of our needs. The location was great either before or after a cruise and it was only about a 10 minute walk to the sea. Would gladly stay here again.

Great and fresh options for breakfast. Having access to Wi-Fi was appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. And location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. Five minutes to the harbour!

This place is a gem. Located in quiet Santa Marinella, it is especially good if you are taking a cruise from Civitavecchia. The staff are very friendly and all the restaurants and shops are just a minute walk away. There is free parking in front of the hotel, and the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. There is also excellent air conditioning in the rooms if it is hot, the windows open so you can hear the waves crashing outside and feel the sea breeze and there is a great buffet breakfast in the morning. You can't ask for better quality for the price. (But be forewarned: no elevator, just stairs.)

The hotel itself is charming, with lovely floor tiles throughout. Our quadruple room on the second floor was spacious and pleasant, with a nice view of the adjacent square. The bathroom could do with a little more maintenance, but nothing major. Breakfast was good, particularly if you get there early when there’s still fresh bread. The aforementioned square offers brilliant choices for eating out. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes long.

Close to shore and restaurants. Staff was very helpful, but their printer was broken to help me out. Also no elevator, but again staff was very helpful in moving luggage up to 2nd floor. Not a big problem for us but if you had to leave between 11 PM and 7 AM the office is closed with no personnel (so make sure you know this). All in all, I will choose it again but make sure I depart when help is readily available.

Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. We got rebooked to an earlier flight and they let us leave our luggage there and even got our room ready for an early check in. The Sea view view had an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Mountains to the east where the sunrise was amazing!

This is a nice location outside of Rome. Very local community vibe. Expedia said there was a shuttle to the hotel but there isn’t. But it’s a 10 minute walk from the Santa Marinella train station. Room is older but quiet and clean. Lots of sweets for breakfast which was included. Very nice getaway.
