"Ohio House is one of my favorite places to stay in Chicago. My favorite employee Edgar left recently but it seems he's trained his people well because THIS stay was as good as all the others. (Especially after I accidentally left my key in my room) Schneider's Deli (connected to the hotel) is fabulous and now open 7 days. There was not one thing I didn't enjoy about my stay once again"

"Pros- very clean and nicely decorated, practically brand new Cons- front desk staff made 3 groups stand to wait for check-in until 3:00. We had arrived at 2:45 and they wouldn’t give us a room. Also, they charged for market items we didn’t buy. They did refund my credit card when I questioned it "

"We missed our flight at Midway. We were stressed and your gal at the desk was so helpful and compassionate. We appreciated that. The room was clean and welcoming. It did smell a little musty. "
