"Pros- very clean and nicely decorated, practically brand new Cons- front desk staff made 3 groups stand to wait for check-in until 3:00. We had arrived at 2:45 and they wouldn’t give us a room. Also, they charged for market items we didn’t buy. They did refund my credit card when I questioned it "

"Despite being off an interstate, the location is great even if you don't have a car since it's walkable to a metra station on a line that connects Joliet to Chicago. There was no coffee in the rooms but continuous carafes in the lobby. Breakfast was kinda grab-and-go (coffee/tea, individual pastries/juice/oatmeal packets). The elevator can be slow but there are stairwells at each end of the hallway."

JJ (pup) is extremely friendly and jumpy & will bark when he sees people bc of his love and excitement for all people & the staff were very loving towards him. Very friendly staff and I would definitely use them again in the future. thank you!"
