"The place had a nice kitchen, small but well supplied with microwave, toaster, etc. Bedroom and bathroom was small, up a narrow spiral staircase, which was ok for one night. Everything very clean and well stocked. We were able to find a Subway open a few blocks away at 2:30 am for a late night arrival snack."

I was charged when I booked the apartment and the owner/seller never provided the check-in instructions nor lockbox codes. He responded to 1 of my 5 messages then totally ignored my request for the checkin info. "Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "
