"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at during both domestic and foreign travels. I stayed for thirteen days, and enjoyed the entire stay. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The cleanliness was excellent. I loved the long breakfast hours. They allowed me to get a relaxed start to my day. The front desk staff was super, particularly Coral, who happened to be the one I most often asked for help. They always seemed to go the extra mile to serve their guests. For example, when the room wasn't available for cleaning because of my activities, they would put a card under the door saying that I could request a cleaning at the front desk up to 6 p.m. One tiny thing I didn't like is that the flip-flops provided when I asked for sandals were uncomfortable. The restaurant dinner was overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants like La Cañita, particularly wine prices. However, the restaurant probably needs to charge more because it is small. The restaurant manager's wine knowledge was terrific, and I enjoyed chatting with him. The only drawback for me was the distance to many of the major attractions that interested me. Most were 25 to 40 minutes away by Uber. My bottom line is that I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends. "The room was nice and spacious. Elevators were fast. Breakfast looks nice, we didn't have time to enjoy it. Staff we're friendly. Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby. A little bit noisy but not noticeable, walls are a little bit on the thin side. Fan in bathroom. "

"Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped out with suggesting what tours to do. "
