"Shopping was close by and the location for the Hop on Hop Off bus was very close. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide what we needed."

"The staff were fantastic. Made you feel really welcome. Excellent location , safe with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking. It's easy to get to all the places tourists would want to visit. You can walk to a lot of them and not far to a bus stop that can get you to the rest. "

"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"We loved our 5 nights at Grand Brizo. The staff were always very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It is on the widest street in the world and very close to The Obelisk and Teatro Colon. Lots of dining options nearby and grocery store Carrefour . The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to have a drink and relax after a busy day sightseeing in Buenos Airs. "
