"The bed was very comfortable. The cable and the wifi just dropped out about an hr after I checked in and was not available to me until the next morning when I was leaving."

"The staff were very helpful. The manager let me use her personal phone charger."

"As soon as my wife and I walked in the room we both said the room had a terrible smell. The tub bottom had hair in it and it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The toilet wasn’t clean . Are flight landed in Cleveland close to 1am and it was close to 2am when we checked in, so not staying wasn’t an option, we got up at 8am and got out of there! If I’d known it would have been that dirty , I’d risk driving tired to Erie. Definitely, don’t stay at this property"

"Everything was fantastic. Breakfast bar was great and had lots of options. Room was clean and comfy and big enough for our family of 5. Lots of parking, well-lit lot, Everything was sparkling clean. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Side lake view, clean room"

"With very easy access off of the interstate and highway. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good breakfast, especially the waffles. The fruit and the juices were very good as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Dirty! Dirty! Paying 200 a night was enough, but this place is filthy. They could've at least wiped surfaces. Pretty sure we were the only ppl there.Door didn't close all the way, flys came in I guess through the crack. It takes very little to give ppl what they pay for. A room without webs, dirty floors dirty sink.Decent property. Just zero effort for guests. These places in Geneva could and should do better"
