I messaged the host through the app with no response for 7 hours. After driving 5 hours, I had to call Vrbo to access the property. The host responded later with a vague message, but still didn’t include the door...

"When first entering the property, we immediately noticed a trash bag containing stained bedding on the floor. There was food left in fridge, in the trash can, and on the ground. There was hair left in the sink and several flies within the property. We were met with an awful smell when we opened the door and the toilet did not flush easily. The sliding door did not close securely when unlocked and would not lock fully leaving us feeling unsafe considering we were in a high foot traffic...

Less than impressed with the cleanliness of the condo; TV /AC didn’t work, and location was farther than anticipated to the attractions. The condo itself could use some serious TLC and super inconvenient to have to travel with all the linens. Buildings out-dated, and front entrance smelled off putting. "
