"Very nice place to stay , we will be staying here again soon. Thanks for a great week"

"I’ll pass on the review"

"Multiple steps to inside pool and lazy river. Ran low on breakfast food 45 min before the end of time for breakfast and did not replace items. Beds were uncomfortable and no wash cloths in room."

"Estuvimos 4 días , las vistas y experiencia allí son únicas , vimos osos, las atracciones quedan bastante cerca y hay restaurantes cerca, el desayuno es bastante bueno y el personal muy atento"

"We were very pleased with this property. The location and parking were the best features. I have never been to Gatlinburg and my husband and I wanted to see the fall colors. We were literally across the street from Anakeesta. It is an older property and there were a few qwerks such as a flickering bathroom light, no towel rack and a bathroom door that they used a trash can to prop open. Didn’t have time to address the light and we just but it was a clean room and had everything we needed. We did...

"The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options."

"Beautiful spacious rooms with a fireplace, and sitting area. His/Her sinks which is very convenient and the showers are spacious. Private balconies for each room . The staff is excellent and the breakfast every morning is fresh with juice and coffee/tea/hot cocoa available 24/7. This is our 3rd time staying at this property."

"If you are looking for a place just to sleep with wonderful sounds of the water in front of the balcony, this is a great place. Unfortunately the floor was so dirty that it carries dirt to the bed, but overall it is a good place for vacation nights."

"Loved this place and will definitely be staying here in the future"

"The staff were great including the breakfast staff! Very friendly and greeted you every time!!! Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from and kept well stocked. The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped up but nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but a little noisy with trash truck backup alarms and noise from other rooms at times. Room 408. Our view was from the back of the hotel so not much to look at. Water pressure not very good but usually expect that with a hotel. Toilet...

"Great stay! Excellent for families! Clean rooms, Heated Pool. Good breakfast. Hot Water."

"The bathroom needed some cleaning attention, mold around the tub. No place to put your shampoo, soap etc. when we first opened the door it had a smell so I went and bought some air fresher and sprayed it several times. Needs to be updated"

"I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...
