"Really central but felt safe and easy to get about. Staff efficient and helpful as so very busy, lifts a bit of an issue when busy, but all in all fab. Breakfast basic but nice and perfect start for day. Room small but fine and great to have usb points in room and safe."

"Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Super helpful staff. Very clean."

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. It’s also in an industrial area with nothing to offer (except noise). The hairdryers don’t blow hot air. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned all week. "Lumpy bumpy beads broken luggage trolley’s poorly maintained room and common areas. Didn’t rest well due to noise and discomfort or poorly taken care of room and hotel but needed a nap prior to an early flight. Airport shuttle was the only good thing about the hotel. Laundry machines were broken"

"No parking and location is not nice."

The window grill was damaged, and both window latches were left unlocked, which was not immediately visible due to the curtains. The room lighting was inadequate. The bedside light consisted of an...

"It smelled like cigarettes, in the morning smelled like eggs and other food. A LOT OF NOICE!!!"

"Friendly and clean. Well recommend. Ice machine was broken which is my only complaint."

"Loved being close to the pier"

"Clean room and very comfortable bed. Stayed for one night to get to the airport early am."
