"The staff was the outstanding star if my stay. From checking in, to cleaning staff, to anyone I interacted with, they were friendly, asked how my stay was going, and if I needed anything else. Facilities can be good or bad, then fixed. Your people are who you are. Great job!"

This room in particular came with a big mirror with a LED light behind it in which the level of brightness can be controlled by touch which I thought was cool. "

"The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, but old. It has been cheaply renovated, think painted over wall rot in the bathroom, a toilet so low to the ground an adult over 4' is going to have issues standing, an AC that runs but never cools the room, doors that have been replaced but don't fit the jamb so they don't shut properly. Bed and pillows were comfy. Fridge was clean and cold. Pool, spa and gym looked clean - didn't use so I have no idea how they...

"Located in an area with high poverty, so expect to see desperate poor/unhoused folks. The hotel is reasonable priced & clean. I stay hear every time I come to Sacramento and I have always had a pleasant stay."

"The room we got the bed wasn't a queen size bed, and the remote didn't work. I called the office let them know about the room they send housekeeping for the remote I went to the office about the bed, and asked if we can get another room. He did I went to meet up with the housekeeper she took me to the other room I liked it, and it had a refrigerator. "
