"There was almost no parking available, the AC unit labels were missing, making it difficult to know what buttons you pushed, the room next to us was playing loud music until 2 am, and the door to the room did not close unless locked and we had to shove 2 chairs against it to make sure it stayed shut."

"The room was super clean and everything inside worked - microwave, lights, blow dryer etc. The breakfast had more options than I expected (eggs, potatoes, muffin, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, etc) so points on that but it didn’t taste good (eggs, potatoes). It was 4th of July weekend and busy so the room was never cleaned and after requesting towels twice we never actually got towels."

I asked for pool towels at the front desk and was told there are none, the front desk person would not give us any extra towels. My key kept malfunctioning, so I had to keep going to the front desk, the 3rd time it happened I called and the front desk person came to the room, we figured out why the key was not working, I didn't realize my phone case was magnetic, so when it touched it demagnetized it. "The first room we were in, the shower did not drain properly. They had to move us to a different room because the maintenance guy literally had to rip stuff out of the tub??? The second room had a missing smoke alarm and a mysterious bug that my husband took a picture of. The pool was dirty. Then after we left they have tried telling us that we stole the smoke alarm unit. They refuse to give me deposit back. Worst experience ever and absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone."
