It was ok for a night no roaches or bugs and bedding was clean that was great. Air conditioning almost non existent room was incredibly hot outside was cooler than inside with AC on max. Preview on Expedia showed a microwave there was no microwave and we weren’t allowed to use the one in the office safety issue I guess we checked in late after a funeral so we grabbed microwave food for dinner that we couldn’t heat. Beds said they were queen sized seemed way too small to be a queen.

This place has so much potential. We stayed for the Capital Airshow and the location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room on the 4th floor. Our windows with no screens were wide open when we arrived. Could have been unsafe with a young child. The room was very dated. The pull out couch was not in great shape. I didn’t want to even touch it. Blankets and comforters were dated, but looked clean as far as I can tell. We pulled them back and didn’t use them. The sheets appeared clean. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning. We did not use the shower. It looks like an attempt was made at painting, but it was pretty rough. It looks like they may be preparing (at least I hope so) to do some repairs. There were areas of cracks circled in the walkway outside of the rooms. Breakfast was sad. A pot of coffee and a prepackaged pastry, but it’s something. It’s a budget hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, we didn’t feel unsafe, but we didn’t walk around our room without shoes either

I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review

I'm 62 y/o and I believe a reasonable person. This is by far, the worst experience at a motel/hotel I have ever had. The accommodations are horrible. I reserved a non-smoking room (through Travelocity) but the front desk could not accommodate. When I got to this room (#210), I couldn't have been more disappointed. See the photos to get an idea. The most irritating issue is Days Inn is a national chain that you would expect decent accommodations. Of course, I did not expect Waldorf Astoria here. A clean room, with lighting, bed, bath, and a working TV is the most basic requirement I look for. I can't urge you stronger NOT to stay here. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

The site was run down and had some sketchy activity in the parking lot at all hours it seemed. They initially put my children and I in a smoking room even though I specified NON SMOKING at check in. They moved me to a non smoking after i went and mentioned something to the front desk. Upon getting the new room, we opened the bedside table drawer and found drugs. The front desk staff was Fantastic. The property itself is dated, dirty and problematic. Won't be back.

Never paid a $150 for a deposit for a filthy room and nasty toilet and shower. Blankets had brown stains and cigarette burns in them. The room was a smoke free but reacked of cigarettes. The whole 2nd floor is smoking and it all comes up to 3rd floor. Stupid i say. Wouldnt recommend for family-friendly.

Rooms were not very clean and the installations in general look very old and dirty. They mention free breakfast, but it's only a table in the lobby with one kind of pastries and coffee, so not really a breakfast! The staff was nice, and helped us to change into a more decent room, so that's why I put the 2 stars.

The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5

1. They never come to clean rooms , NEVER! 2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . Although the young Caucasian woman and man are very nice and polite. 3.Roaches 4. Rarely answer calls or don’t call you back when needed 5. Have to go ask for your own towels and so forth 6 house keepers seem very polite, and nice , but don’t get the okay from personal to clean rooms unless you just booked ( short staffed) for such a big place 7.Homeless people come in and out on the property and hang out making noise throughout the night 8.people are not obligated to pick up their dog waste and there are piles of it dry and old everywhere 9. I can say it is a very convenient location and the price is reasonable. 10. Coffee and breakfast always available 11.A/C and heater units work 12 working appliances 13 Nice test room good size bathtubs

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

The staff was real kind. The hotel is deceiving though. Pics don’t match what they offer. Said they had a pool There was no water in the pool. Our refrigerator did not work. Blankets have cigarette holes all over- Looks like un-housed individuals found this place to hang out at. Oh and people yelling and fighting at night about un paid pu$$y. Breakfast is pre packaged pastries, coffee, tea with a locked lobby. Haha Anyway, the hotel has potential Just got to clean up the hotel a bit - and update info so people know what to expect with pools and so forth
