"Beautiful artistically decorated rooms. Very cool. Free breakfast was ordering a breakfast bag - choices were typical continental. I misunderstood so didn’t get a bag. Better yet I went to a cool local restaurant for breakfast. Cell service was weak so that was frustrating. No maid service unless you ask for it but didn’t really need it. I loved this hotel. There are 2 Roxburys. Ours was the one near the Old Mill Restaurant which we loved. "

"Got a free upgrade. Quiet property in the heart of the Catskills. Woke up to the sound of birds and the Esopus Creek. Close to trailheads for many of the Catskill 35’ers. Would absolutely recommend to hikers looking for a home base for a few days. "

"What a pleasant surprise. The owner/staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet with a small fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable; I had one of my best night's sleep in a long time. Although I did not get a chance to use the pool, I plan to the next time that I stay here (and there will be a second stay). I was only able to stay for one night but hope to stay longer the next time. "

"If I needed a place to stay in the area, I would come back. The place was very nice, clean, and well kept. We even sat around to fire pit and spoke with others staying there. We stayed in the main hotel building. The rooms were small, but clean. Be aware there are no TV's in the rooms, that may be a good thing for some. I also suggest that if the restaurant, Conover Club, is open it is a great meal. I have one minor complaint. They advertise that they give you free cups coffee in the lobby, but...

"We had a great time staying in this lil cozy airbnb! The TV was super slow and limited but other than that it was clean, easily accessible, and overall a wonderful stay! "

"This is small local motel. It was clean and comfortable. There a liquor store across the state road and restaurant about 100yards down the road. It’s a no frills, convenient motel in the Catskills. Served its purpose well and I was on the slopes at Belleayre within 8min from the time I left."

"The hotel room was ready for us with a welcomingly warm and cozy setting. My kids enjoyed the 2 night stay and have everything we needed. Tena, the property manager granted us a late check out that was a great help. Kids already requested to stay here again next year. "
