"I will give this property 4 stars only due to its location. Won’t be staying there in future as money wise it’s not worth staying there. The staff at the counter were ok. ‘The person welcoming customers should always have a smile on their face’. The washroom flush tank making water sound all the time, the room underneath we living in has some renovation works going making noise which does spoils my mood. I won’t be booking this property ever again. 4/10"
"We had a really good stay, the cabin, kitchen and bathroom were exeptionally clean. It would be useful to be able to borrow kitchen gear, we were unprepared for that. The curtains were a bit useless but the cabin was good otherwise."
"Overall a really nice location, great amenities and great suite. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review were that the reception staff were not present or available during opening hours when I had to hand in my key card and that there was a heavy rain storm while we were there and water started to leak into the room through window frames. They did provide us with extra towels and promised someone would look into it ASAP and nothing serious happened as a result of it...just a possible...
"Staff were very friendly and helpful when my room wouldn't lock. They fixed it, but also offered me to switch rooms, which I did.
The room was spacious and clean, but I did notice mould on the ceiling by the windows/door.
The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear the traffic, other guests.
Overall pleasant stay and good for the money."
"Le logement super, le personnel très agréable et très efficace ! par contre, le problème ce sont les autres voyageurs : j'ai vérifié, il est noté interdiction de fumer... ce n'est pas respecté... le logement oui est propre mais on ne peut pas en dire pareil de certains autres voyageurs (alors oui on a dû mal tomber très certainement...) ils laissent la cuisine dans un état que je trouve non respectueux (l'évier sale comme les tables, la vaisselle non rangée) et alors la nuit on a eu droit aux...
"Best place to stay for a couple. I stayed there with my wife and 7 year old son. You got a bedroom with a D/Q bed and living room has a sofa bed (only good for kids). Sofa bed is definitely not for an adult. I loved the views from the balcony. A fully working kitchen. 😍"
"We stayed in Luna Lodge for coupe of nights. The property is located on a quite cur-de-sac just a few minutes walk to the city center where all of the restaurants and shops are located. The property was recently renovated so everything is new and clean. "
