"I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...
