"The bed was wonderful, the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the airport was great. The drivers were so nice. Check in was great the staff was so nice to us. We arrived early and had our bags checked in and they told us to have breakfast. Definitely staying at this hotel again. "

"Came in for a baseball game and it was perfectly located to walk to the game. It's also close to the subway, so we were able to easily travel into Manhattan for sight seeing. We also arrived almost an hour before scheduled check in and they let us check in and go to our room right away. "

"It was a cute little boutique type hotel. The room was decent. Good value for the money. There was some kind of a smell in the staircase when we checked in late night but it was gone in the morning. Not sure what it was. "

"I booked this last minute when my flight from Newark was rescheduled for an early departure from JFK. I was a little worried when I booked it but my room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk was helpful making sure I I allowed enough time in the morning. Scheduling my shuttle. Shuttle is on the hour. Very short distance to airport. I was worried that it would be too loud to sleep since it is on busy road but the room was quiet. "Clean, safe. Breakfast is so-so, but there are pretty of breakfast bakery places in the area. It's only two blocks away from subway station. There are a lot of nice Chinese restaurant in the area. Good value for the price that I paid."

"Hotel was actually average but it was right downtown Queens close to Citi Field. Currently being remodeled — service was great — Jerome (manager) gave us directions to Citi Field!! Room was exceptionally clean — hallways, elevator areas needed assistance but think they are currently remodeling!!"
