"The facilities is too old without TV and the safe is not working but their location is great. A night market is right next to it with a Durian stand. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants is in walking distance."

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. "The caretaker /manager, Mr Lim, is a cheerful, friendly, and super helpful man. He is a credit to the owners, and i just hope they realise what a dedicated, and helpful man they have running their establishment. Without Mr Lim, the gurney would be nothing..!!"

"Good location for everywhere in town. Best front desk staff and also cleaners. WiFi not stable on some times & area . Small pool on the real , same guest loudly even on 3am . Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . Night life ~ Bar around “ Lady stand on road side … … "

"It's located near Armenian Street, the surrounding area is walkable and easy to get food. There's also a parking space nearby if you're driving, but it's on first come first serve basis. "

"Helpful happy staff. Great spot with heaps of charm in a central location. It's an older building but well updated and kept. Good aircon and wifi. Ask for a room away from Chulia st though, its really loud. "

"The location is good, surrounded by eateries. There's free parking as well. However, the room walls were thin. Our neighbour with kids were quite loud and we could hardly sleep for the 2 nighta we were there."

"Hotel experience okay. No reception for the hotel, check in at the restaurant below the hotel. Hotel should provide clear direction mentioned where to check in. No wifi in room."

"It’s a very good location for me to get to the ferry and walking distance to many of the attractions in town. But don’t stay in the room facing the main road especially 1st and 2nd floor. Very noisy all night long from the cars on the road."
