"The caretaker /manager, Mr Lim, is a cheerful, friendly, and super helpful man. He is a credit to the owners, and i just hope they realise what a dedicated, and helpful man they have running their establishment. Without Mr Lim, the gurney would be nothing..!!"

Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . "The location is good, surrounded by eateries. There's free parking as well. However, the room walls were thin. Our neighbour with kids were quite loud and we could hardly sleep for the 2 nighta we were there."

"Very good hotel with nice bathroom and bedroom Unfortunately the foot ferry from butterworth drops you about a 10 min walk up the road. Be careful of traffic You have to pay for tourist tax so I would advise you to get a receipt for this as I was nearly charged twice"

"Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."
