"Really central but felt safe and easy to get about. Staff efficient and helpful as so very busy, lifts a bit of an issue when busy, but all in all fab. Breakfast basic but nice and perfect start for day. Room small but fine and great to have usb points in room and safe."

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. It’s also in an industrial area with nothing to offer (except noise). The hairdryers don’t blow hot air. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned all week. The worst part is that it was NYC Marathon weekend, so it was incredibly overpriced. I see that prices sometimes drop to the $60s during the off season. Even that is overpriced for this place. "Lumpy bumpy beads broken luggage trolley’s poorly maintained room and common areas. Didn’t rest well due to noise and discomfort or poorly taken care of room and hotel but needed a nap prior to an early flight. Airport shuttle was the only good thing about the hotel. Laundry machines were broken"

"No parking and location is not nice."

The window grill was damaged, and both window latches were left unlocked, which was not immediately visible due to the curtains. The room lighting was inadequate. The bedside light consisted of an...

"Mold in shower"

"It smelled like cigarettes, in the morning smelled like eggs and other food. A LOT OF NOICE!!!"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"Clean room and very comfortable bed. Stayed for one night to get to the airport early am."

"Buen lugar, limpio y el personal muy amable."

"Very pleased with my stay. The garages were very helpful and the location was fairly easy to navigate. My only issue was when initially entering my room, I got a very strong smell of bleach coming from the bathroom that took almost an entire day to air out. Other than that my expectations were exceeded."
