"The staff are professional and personable The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel could use an update but I think that is the same for all the older properties in Albuquerque. It’s not the properties fault but there are a few homeless individuals hanging out and sleeping in the area but I didn’t feel they were dangerous just part of a national problem. "

Really appreciated the staff in particular, who were kind and friendly, and went out of their way to retrieve a lost item and hold it until my return. "
