I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's true--it's not a 5 star hotel; and not really a 4 star either--but my mom and I stayed here for the annual Balloon Fiesta and you can't beat the location! The hotel is alittle run down and the elevator wasn't working (again--it sounds like) but our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast had a good variety of things to get our day started. Also, the staff were great. The best part of all though, was how close it was to the fiesta. Both mornings we could see balloons, but this morning because of how the wind currents were, they all streamed right infront of our hotel and it was beautiful.

Rooms were great, the staff were very helpful and cheerful. There is some work needed and some being done when it comes to the buildings up keep but in all had a wonderful stay.

I guess you get what you pay for. This hotel was under $100 per night and we usually like Days Inn, so we were thinking this was a great deal, until we walked in our room to black hair all over the floor. We seriously couldn’t walk around without it getting stuck to our shoes and feet. It was disgusting. The positives were that the staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent, the air conditioner worked, and the property was convenient to the freeway.

The hotel was very nice and very clean! I had the best night's rest!!! The bed was amazing! I just did not like standing there waiting so long for the front desk staff to check me in. In the morning, they ran out of coffee, and there was no rush to get more for the guests. And once more, I was waiting to speak to the desk clerk, and it took so long that I simply droped my key card on the desk and left.

We enjoyed the pool. Just wish the hours had been open later. Also wasn’t expecting both beds to be twin and the master bed to be the futon.

We were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay. However, we do not generally have extremely high expectations. The property is surely older and in need of some repairs and updates. But to us, all issues were minor and the facility checked all of our key boxes. There were no issues which negatively impacted our experience. The property and parking area were safe and secure. The room and bathroom were clean and all amenities worked as required. The beds were clean and very comfortable. There were no issues with "bugs" of any kind. The staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and responded to all requests without hesitation. The only noteworthy negatives to even mention would be the choices available at breakfast and the max temperature of hot water available in the shower. Both were OK and we managed just fine - but they could have been a bit better. Neither those points nor any other aspect of the property or the staff would prevent us from staying at this location in future. Sincerely.
