"My room was large and comfortable, with room for a desk, an alcove for hanging clothes, a small fridge/freezer, microwave, and cupboard. Everything was really clean, including the bathroom and shower that boasted truly incredible water pressure. The property is definitely on the older side, but newer properties never have rooms this large, so I think it's a decent tradeoff. The owners were super friendly and helpful as well. I only wish the mattresses had been a bit better; otherwise, the room was comfortable."

"Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay."
