"Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel."

"Absolutely lovely and will definitely be back. Kids loved it too. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Nothing not to love. Staff were even great even though we arrived later than the final check in time of 9pm so dont panic like I did!!"

"Place stunk , hairs in bed , only received 1 night refund from Expedia , lesson learnt for me!"

"The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there"

"Good value hotel and breakfast. Unfortunately close to the bypass with a very high proportion of çars and motorcycles with amplified exhausts."

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

"Amazing ! House is stunning, so spacious, well equipped and you won’t regret bookings it’s lovely xx "

"The pantiles is great for a chilled out relaxed holiday very guite with a nice garden to the rear and the village and surrounding areas are lovely. You have Banham zoo near by and we had an excellent meal at the Garden House pub.we drove to coast one day then shopping to Norwich another day. Will definitely go back again in the future."

"No comment Over priced, very expensive No running water in the room, nowhere to brush your teeth The bathroom was 100 yards from the room I couldn’t wait to leave"

"What a gorgeous hut! We stayed here for a friends wedding which was so convenient. Only things that I could fault is that the solar power usb charger point had no energy to charge our phones/ the lights weren't working. Also its a little walk to the toilet/ shower however they are excellent facilities. Maybe a bit overpriced if looking for a quiet getaway but was perfect location for the wedding we attended so would recommend for anybody attending a wedding at the abbey hall without a doubt!"
