"The first room I was placed in smelled musty. Customer service at the desk change my room to one that was larger. Only one elevator was working. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough and keep titling when you open the door. AC unit makes a loud noise every time it turn on. Staff was nice and accommodating the best way they could. One of the guests got a bit loud one of the mornings (yelling, slamming door…) I called front desk to check on them, and got no answer 😅 Other than that, it was fine. I’d stay there again!
