"Not Recommended for Families with Children I would not recommend this hotel to families with children. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we checked in. We chose this property because it offered on-site parking at a reasonable rate. However, when we entered our room, we were shocked by its condition. We had to ask the staff to change the bed sheets and wipe down the furniture. On top of that, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. We were told that the...

"Hotel is dated…need major improvement. Faucet handle came off several times.. toilet was not secure… I felt I was staying in. Law level Asian hotel in Southeast Asia,. I won’t be returning."

"Had issue with payment for my room as my Canadian debit card was not accepted in the USA but George and Julio were able to resolve the matter very efficiently. Joseph"

"The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. Only issue is that they don’t have a water fountain"

"Best rooftop view of manhattan"

"good stay and extremely nice staff. one thing i’d change was i wish there was an only female bathroom. i thought the reviews said there was, but every bathroom we went to use there was men using them. i found it odd considering there are two bathrooms on every floor. just something to take into consideration for solo female travelers / younger females traveling together. it was a bit weird to shower with an old man walking around barefoot outside the door."

"WARNING: This hotel sits right next to and above a laundromat. The chemical smell from the laundromat was so strong I felt sick as soon as we walked in. The staff did try to help by offering a room change, but even the farthest room still had a strong chemical odor. Also, beware the advertised perks. The hotel restaurant was not open and there didn’t appear to be another one nearby. They also advertise themselves as an “airport hotel” but are a solid 20 min Uber ride from LGA."

"very clean and the view was lovely, just didn’t like that they only had cable on the TV"
