"We enjoyed the free shuttle to many of the close by locations. The staff was very friendly and the property was very safe."

"Highbridge is doing marvelous and the Staff human relations are excellent."

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. It’s also in an industrial area with nothing to offer (except noise). The hairdryers don’t blow hot air. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned all week. The worst part is that it was NYC Marathon weekend, so it was incredibly overpriced. I see that prices sometimes drop to the $60s during the off season. Even that is overpriced for this place. "Didn’t really use amenities, it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service. It was good for a one night layover. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was decent. The area was a little dodgy."

"It was in close proximity to the greenwood cemetary and only a few blocks to the subway"

"The location was perfect for anyone who wants to park their cars and walk a short distance to the train station! The staff were extremely friendly and the included breakfast was of course a huge bonus! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit NYC!"

"The shuttle bus and the lobby were in need of a heavy cleaning. However, The room was perfectly cleaned and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had been recently remodeled to a luxurious shower. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"The room was clean, staff was friendly and was reasonably priced, especially for a last minute booking. I’d recommend!"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"The room booked and the room checked in are wrong."

"The space itself was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I am not a huge fan of the Times Square area, so keep that in mind when booking if you prefer a more quiet neighborhood. The staff was all very nice, towels, bedding, and bathroom were all clean! They also let you check your bags early, which was amazing and allows you to check out the city before your check in time!"
