"Bathroom was designed weird. Opening to bathroom faced one of the beds. The person in the other bed was always disturbing the sleeping person in the middle of the night "

"Everyone was so nice and so professional. Housekeeping was the absolute best! They even mopped the sidewalk in front of our room and cleaned our room and left clean linens each day!!! We will definitely stay here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. I even bragged to the guy who checked us out!! Loved our stay!!!"

"The older African American woman who served us breakfast treated me and my wife (we have piercings and tattoos) vastly different than all the other guests, she was all bubbly and nice when speaking to them but when asking us questions she went completely monotone. All the rest of the staff were completley friendly and nice. Also our neighbors in the room next to us had thc vapes and it was smelling up the entire hallway."

"The outside of the property was underwhelming. It looks like a motel but the inside has been refurbished and the room looked brand new! This is one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, even though it was the least expensive on Expedia! Large kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave…and a 2 burner INDUCTION STOVETOP! Beds were super comfy, shower was large and looked brand new with heavy sliding glass doors. I was truly impressed…once I got to the room. Highly recommend!"
