"The cabin upon arrival was very clean. I enjoyed the location as it was right in between gatlinburgh and pigeon forge. The hot tub worked great and so did everything else. The only reason for a 4/5 star rating is because of the bed… possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Woke up with neck and back pain every morning. "Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!"
