The room was super weird like it used to be an office. The sheets were and off-white color, and not by design. The couch that was supposed to be a bed, looked like it came from goodwill. The breakfast was not great, the only thing that wasnt bad was the cereal.

Other than could use a few more amenities in the room everything was great. Could use some plastic cups and some dishwasher liquid. Only have a little bottle of ground to wash the dishes and nothing to use the dishwasher. Staff and breakfast is great.

The first room they tried to put us in smelled HORRIBLE! They switched our rooms and it was okay. The furniture was super dirty and the bathtub was awful. Needless to say we got through it. On the upside, the breakfast was pretty good.

Not bad, but not great. Rooms were clean and had no problems. It is more of an apartment feel then hotel. Would be a good place if staying for multiple nights or for work trip because of the in room kitchen. Breakfast was standard continental spread. I would stay again.

Pretty outdated place for the price. Smells really musty/moldy. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean it just felt dingy due to the smell. The breakfast is ok for it to be complimentary. The pool was the best part of the stay.

Staff was polite and helpful. Grateful for the breakfast but after morning 2 I didn't want the same thing over. But it wasn't bad. Beds were comfortable and swimming pool was clean. The building is a little out dated but I will definitely stay again.

You can tell it’s an older building, but it’s been well-maintained and was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice; we just didn’t have time to utilize it. Our 2-bedroom suite was wonderful and offered room for all of us and our teenage & young adult children to stay all together in one room. The breakfast was average, a usually continental breakfast selection. The location was perfect! Literally right down the street from Dollywood and the Main Street, but not crowded to get in and out of the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.
