"Straight up proof the bathroom was never cleaned. Asked them to clean the bathroom and they did. This was after pointing out stains and them telling us the stains would never come out. Also employee barged into room while we were there."

"I had to wait five minutes to get in because the reception wasn’t there. A Phone was hanging at the wall and I keep dialing. The bed was very uncomfortable."

"I was very disappointed to find out at checkout I was charged $15 a night for parking, this would have been nice to know at check in. I also asked for a late check out so my husband could take my family to the airport. I just wanted to wait in the room with our service dog as there wasn’t enough room for everyone. Late checkout is only until 1:00, I needed 1:30. The front desk staff initially said no, only 1:00. I asked to check with the manager. She came back and said no the hotel is sold...

"Nice clean breakfast was good"

"Exactly what I was expecting - simple and affordable. No real amenities, which was fine. Breakfast was small but good. Shops and a mall nearby, plus places to eat. Would recommend!"

"Clean room and friendly cleaning staff."

"Nice place to stay at. Clean rooms, free breakfast, and a free shuttle to/from the nearby airport. I would definitely come again"

"Clean room, close to stores"
