"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent three-night stay. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was initially checked into a smoking room that smelled of stale smoke and had a leaking bathroom. Upon requesting a change, the second room provided also had a strong odor. Furthermore, the room was incredibly noisy due to a rattling AC and vibrations that lasted all night. To make matters worse, my room was never serviced once during my entire stay."

"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member .
