"Every time I am in Parksville, I enjoy staying here , considered best value of money"

"The room was very clean. The towels smelled amazing. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and I know that she does all the housekeeping there as well. She's a busy lady and the owners are lucky to have her there. Also it's very quiet sleeping there at night, so quiet that there's about 20 black rabbits that live on the property too. If they're not scared away then neither should the guest be"

"Right on the ocean….nuff said. Fall asleep listening to the waves."

"Very comfortable, feels like home. Clean n quiet"

"Motel was ok but Expedia sucks."

"Wonderful old school resort right on beautiful Rathtrevor beach accommodations are a little outdated but fine. Nice to have the Black Goose restaurant on property in the historic McClure mansion. Being able to have a beach fire in October? Priceless!"

"Very clean and well designed room. Full kitchen and big bathroom! Comfortable bed."

"This properties level of cleanliness is terrible. The young man that helped us to get clean linen and towels was very nice. The room needed a complete cleansing. The buildings steel stairwell in rusted almost clean through. In my opinion this property need too many repairs and upgrades. "

"the Property is in good location, clean, bed are comfortable, and Julio is good. Its our second time staying in place and we will sure come back."

"The floors could be replaced. Other than that the place is totally awesome"

"Excellent sunrise and view. Mirror in room would have helped us to free the bathroom sooner as the bathroom was sharing."
