"Air conditioner works great"

"The rooms were dated and shower leaked a lot on the floor. Probably a long standing issue since caulk was almost not existent outside of shower. The floor below probably had water leaking from ceiling. Usually appreciate the free breakfast but the staff member that was attending the area was rude and not attentive to keeping area clean. Usually stay at Holiday Inn Express on short stays but this was cheaper and for only one night. You get what you pay for. Front desk staff was friendly, however...

"I always take clorox wipes to clean my area because of my health issues. Tooks wipes were dry. Also water stood under the tiles in the bathroom. It was reported to management. There wasn't a phone in the room, so we had to walk to the office. We won't return there"

"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"When we checked in the front desk person was nice, we tried to check in around hour and a half early. Understandably, there were no rooms ready yet; she asked us to give them 20-30 minutes to get a room ready. We came back to check in and went to our room, upon opening the door the room was pungent with the smell of cigarette smoke. We notified the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms. They said we’d have to wait 20 minutes for a room to be cleaned, but they have an odor remover they...

"Room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was very good !"

"The room was clean sheets were clean. However, the floor had sand on the floor which means they didn't sweep or mop the floor. Other than that the staff was very nice."

"Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was GREAT, almost too cold. Breakfast was your typical sort. The breakfast was served from 6-10 and very well stocked and clean. Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice. I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. Yes, this hotel is on the water, but I feel...
