"No staff on site. Had problems getting access to the property. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful, but clearly frustrated. No amenities at all. Not even a bath mat so the tile floor was slippery. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"Helpful staff. Hotel carpet could be cleaner. Parking right next door for $35/day. Wifi was good. The rooms itself was pretty clean."

"Excellent experience at this hostel. Staff were helpful and provided all the important information right at check-in. Dorm room, bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean and well-maintained. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!"

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights while we were in Philadelphia for Phillies games. The apartment is in a great location and a perfect place to walk the downtown area. Shopping, food, bars etc are all close and convenient. The walk to the subway was easy - a straight shot maybe 4 or 5 blocks to Broad St to take the train to the game. Check in was easy with an online portal that also controlled the locks, and the owner was responsive to any messages. The apartment itself was small but with...
