"The hotel has EVERYTHING you need. The charm of it being a former fire house with oringial items incorporated into the design was a treat. The staff could not have been more pleasent and went out of their way to please you. The food was excellent and the chef actually came out to speak with me about my request that was not in their breakfsst menu. It turned out perfect. The fine dining resteaurant located on the second floor was fantastic. Great areas to just read a book or talk with friends...

"The room was clean and pleasant, large in size, clean bathroom. The maintenance staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was fine for an academic visit where you do not have time to get breakfast elsewhere prior to instructing or taking a class. they mentioned that breakfast was included, but there was nothing to help yourself to, and no staff member staffing the breakfast area. There were prepackaged items in a fridge that you could likely take to the front desk to add them to your account....

"Property needs an upgrade badly. Toilet and sink were clogged. We reported the toilet and staff fixed it. Requested room to be cleaned and staff said they will add the room to be cleaned, room was not cleaned. Asked for extra pillows and they gave us one and it was really bad. Pullout bed was not clean. Breakfast not great. Was very crowded over the memorial day weekend and the staff were overwhelmed."
