"The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making for a relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who were always welcoming and willing to help. The hotel's location is also very enjoyable. If you like walking, running, or simply spending time outdoors, the nearby riverwalk provides a relaxing and scenic environment for exercise and leisure. Overall, I truly have no complaints...

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting."

"The location is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat at as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable."
