The quality is superb. This hotel is one of the best in Philly!

Perfect location in Old Town. Right across the street from new Museum of the American Revolution, and walking distance to many locations including Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin museum and Betsy Ross house. Great neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants and bars, including 30 art galleries. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. I've seen some complaints about distance to the parking garage, but it was only 1.5 blocks. We found it very convenient. Breakfast was great. Waffles,...

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

Property was immaculate, communication was easy, and it was great to have the extra space.

Room was great and located near the historical places that we wanted to walk to. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!

It was my first time in a hostel. These guys have it nailed! Woman's only dorm was excellent, the place was really clean, sheets, pillows, all clean and fresh smelling and the bed was really comfortable, the top bunk could be tricky if you have motability issues so check in and reserve your space early. Free tea and coffee 24 hours, you get a towel, there's free shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, so well organised. Very friendly and helpful staff! All in all, an...

Perfect cozy hotel!

Excellent staff that was very attentive to guests.

StayCozy at The Arco is a hidden gem right in the heart of the city! The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to Rittenhouse Square, the Reading Terminal Market, and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. A massive bonus was their complimentary free luggage storage; it allowed me to store my bags securely and spend the entire day exploring completely luggage-free until 8 PM. The room itself was spotless, bright, and surprisingly spacious with large windows and a very comfortable vibe....

The proximity to restaurants etc was great. The room and interior of the hotel was pleasant. The parking lot and alley area adjacent was a bit intimidating and a little “rough”

This Days Inn was immaculate and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Do not be afraid of outside the hotel. There can be a lot of homeless prople but they did not botherbus. Also, be aware that there is no hotel parking and you have to park a block away.

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. I can only blame myself and Expedia, not the hosts. THIS IS A BOARDING HOUSE. YOU ARE RENTING A BEDROOM—EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED. I assumed I was getting the place to myself. As it turns out, I only really needed a private bedroom and a place to shower in the morning. I spent the rest of the trip visiting my daughter at college. The hosts were very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Parking is first come, first serve on the street which often meant a long...

Great spot

This property is AMAZING! It's like having your own apartment in an extremely well managed facility.

We really enjoyed our stay! Adorable neighborhood, with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was exactly as pictured and was super clean and tidy. Invisible service was perfect, no hassle. If I could make any recommendations I would say to put the TV on a swivel arm so it can be viewed from the bed, as the couch is a little small for cozying up to a movie. Also, the walls are a bit thin. Overall, this was a 5-star stay for us - we never wanted to leave!

Great location staff was excellent and very clean.

Hotel and room were very clean. The free breakfast was great.
